finding the right mentor
If you are inviting someone into your private personal world to give you support that person should be a good match, just like if you were making a new friend. You also shouldn’t be forced to rehash your history with a new support worker every couple of sessions because of conflicting participants.
We do all we can to meet and greet with you and give the right carer for your situation and we have that repeated while it is giving you the desired benefit from support. We have carer/mentor/support workers from all walks of life, all of which have their own in depth life experiences that you can draw from.
To be honest, I have also learnt a lot from the participants I have supported over the years too. Our goal is to pair you with a mentor with whom you'll find a positive reciprocal relationship where both parties have a great time getting things done that need to be done.

Helping You Figure Out Life's Problems
Life isn’t as simple as do X and Y will happen. There are normally reasons A, B and C as to why you aren’t doing X otherwise you would already be doing it.
The key to a good night’s sleep isn’t closing your eyes and clearing your mind. It is getting direct sun on your body as soon as you wake in the morning and not drinking caffeine in the afternoon.
A key to a good and consistent morning routine isn’t getting straight out of bed. A good morning routine starts the night before and is made as straight forward as possible.
If it was as simple as knowing what needed to be done to make us happy and healthy everyone would be. You need to put that knowledge into action, but why don’t you?

Sometimes you need an outside perspective to help you figure this out. It's hard to read the label of the bottle when you are in it. This is what we mean when we say a “A Holistic approach to changing lives”.
We are all passionate about enacting lifestyle change and to do this we lean on our ‘Four Pillar Plan’. The four pillars of lifestyle change are sleep, nutrition, exercise and connection. We find what pillar you could improve on and we start there.
The ripple effect of improving any one of these pillars is immeasurable. It is nearly impossible to exercise if you aren’t sleeping or eating well. You also are probably not the only one with these issues.
A Holistic Approach to Changing Lives

Level Up also offers support coordination to help you understand and enact your NDIS plan. Your NDIS plan can be very intimidating and confusing and we put all those words into easy to digest language and help you get the most for yourself or your loved one out of it.
There are services that you can hire that you may not even be aware of, and our lengthy experience in the industry can help you find these services that can improve your life.
If you have never been on the NDIS and want to know if you are eligible feel free to give us a call and we can give you some advice and help you along the way if needed. It can be a daunting process but once you are being supported by the NDIS your life can begin to change for the better.

Jordan Patch
- Owner/Lead Mentor
My name is Jordan and I have been in the industry of people since 2010.
I worked sales jobs and tech support jobs for years until I traveled to Canada and worked at a kids summer camp for 6 months. That's when I realised my passion for life came from helping people from all ages through their problems and finding practical solutions to life issues.
I like to build participant’s capacity to help themselves live a full and active lifestyle full of fun and novelty. The most efficient way I found to do this was to build a team of like minded people to help me on my mission to build a community of people from all walks of life.
Merissa Patch
- Owner/Operations Manager
I am a mother of 3 and have a background in Administration, Sales, Banking. I recently completed a Diploma in natural therapies and I'm currently studying a Diploma in Holistic counselling.
During my last year of schooling I worked along side a family friend who is a Child Psychologist and helped her provide a weekend morning program for Autistic and Aspergers children. I had always known I wanted to go into a field of helping people and that program lit a passion inside me. It was then that I knew exactly how to do that.
Meeting Jordan, who was already a support worker, reinforced within me that this is what I wanted to do with my life. I started on my journey by helping run and grow our disability business, utilising the various skills I've learnt from previous jobs and life experience. As a woman who is neurodivergent myself I have a passion for helping those like myself.
